7pm – 8pm Cocktails & Canapés
Rolands is renowned for its amazing cocktails, so be sure to take advantage! The best man's speech is scheduled for sometime between 6pm and the moment he's consumed enough dutch courage! At 7pm a delectable selection of canapés and a carefully curated spread will be served.
6pm – 12pm Evening Celebration
The evening celebrations commence at 6pm, allowing our day guests some time to check in at their hotels if they haven't done so before the ceremony. Feel free to arrive from 5pm if you wish! The bride and groom will make their grand entrance at 6:30 pm. For those not driving, we've got you covered with taxis provided from the ceremony to the evening venue. The closest carpark to the venue is Montpellier which is located behind the Travel Lodge. On street parking is also available in and around Harrogate.
4.30pm – 5pm Cake Cutting
We think this part is pretty self-explanatory... but we may as well write something... Get ready for the most epic cake-cutting showdown of the century! Armed with a knife we shall conquer this confectionery masterpiece. Grab your front-row seat, because this is not just about cake, it's about finally getting something to eat at this wedding!
4pm – 4.30pm Photos
While we're excited to have a professional photographer capturing the ceremony, we kindly request that during this special moment, guests refrain from taking photos or videos. After the ceremony, feel free to snap away to your hearts' content.
3.30pm – 4.00pm Reception Drinks
Following the ceremony, let the celebration begin! Join us for reception drinks with complimentary fizz. Our exclusive bar is here for you to enjoy and purchase drinks. Additionally, tea and coffee will be available for those who are driving to and from the venue. We have decided not to have a traditional wedding breakfast, so kindly request our guests to enjoy a satisfying lunch before joining us. Food will be served at 7pm at the evening venue.
3pm – 3.30pm Wedding
Join us in the main house for the wedding ceremony; the reception team will be on hand to guide you. If you arrive early and are traveling from a distance, enjoy some refreshment at the Clocktower restaurant and bar, where tea, coffee, and other delights are available.The ceremony commences promptly at 3pm, so please ensure you allow enough time for traffic and parking etc.There are multiple entrances to different areas of Rudding park. Follow the signs for the Hotel and Clock Tower Restaurant where there is ample complimentary parking available.
